Dedicated tenancy, data residency, customer-managed encryption keys and network restrictions require separate technical scoping and a written agreement. They are not standard Enterprise provisioning. Seats and billing
A paid editor is a person with write access, including an owner or administrator who can edit. Viewers and commenters cost $0. Agent keys do not add seats; an agent uses its owner's permissions.
Choose annual billing for a lower monthly equivalent, or monthly billing for a shorter billing period. Annual pricing is paid for the year, not in monthly installments.

Common questions
No. Free Personal has no expiration and no automatic paid conversion. You do not need a card to start drawing, importing or exporting in your browser.
Local editing and portable exports work without an account. Sign in to publish a personal diagram and manage access to its server copy. Browser storage is local to this browser and site; export important work as a backup.
Personal diagrams belong to your account. You can make them public or share viewing access with an email address. A Team workspace makes ownership and membership organizational. Colleagues can edit, comment and review changes using assigned roles, while the architecture remains with the organization.
Yes. Team uses Stripe checkout and the customer billing portal. Review the total and any prorated charges before confirming a change. Add editor seats before promoting or inviting additional authors. After cancellation, you have 90 days to read and export your workspace before deletion; existing permissions still apply. Contact support if you prefer earlier deletion. Personal diagrams and other workspaces are unaffected. Enterprise arrangements follow your written agreement.
Email support@flowboard.studio to request a refund for any reason. For monthly subscriptions, we refund the current monthly payment, not payments for earlier months. For annual subscriptions, we refund the current subscription month and all remaining months; completed months are not refunded. A refund ends your paid subscription. Refund requests are handled by support, separately from cancellation in the billing portal. Enterprise refunds follow your written agreement.
Flowboard connects with compatible agents through REST and MCP. Bring your own agent and any model-provider account it requires. Flowboard does not bundle a proprietary model or include your provider's usage charges.
Yes. Export Markdown, JSON or YAML for an editable model. GIF is a presentation export, not an editable backup. You can continue using personal exports without subscribing.
Enterprise adds SAML identity configuration, SCIM provisioning, audit exports, retention policies and organization repository integration. Required-SSO rollout needs domain ownership and recovery validation during onboarding. Support commitments are agreed in your quote. Dedicated infrastructure and residency are separately scoped, not included automatically.
